Casey is an adventurous spirit with a deep love of the wild. Having travelled widely with her family whilst growing up, she dedicated her career to the travel industry after achieving a qualification in marketing and communications.

Robin has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry. Today, he channels his passion into creating seamless travel experiences for international guests exploring Africa. Having travelled extensively through Southern and East Africa, Robin stays curious about what’s new and happening, especially when it comes to good food.

Originally from Vanderbijlpark in Gauteng’s Vaal Triangle, Byron brings the team over a decade of finance expertise. You’ll likely find him enjoying a laid-back braai or soaking up the outdoors with a run or swim when he’s not crunching numbers.

With nearly two decades in the industry, Louise has developed specialist insight into Southern and East African itineraries, understanding the unique needs of luxury travellers and the intricacies of travel logistics in Africa. She works closely with our travel managers to refine journeys, add thoughtful surprises, and supports both guests and the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Passionate about conservation, wellness and good food, Murielle enjoys hiking the mountain, walking the promenade with her dog Bali, trying new yoga classes and occasionally testing the latest spa. In her role, she focuses on uncovering exceptional new experiences and properties, ensuring our journeys deliver outstanding value and a positive impact.

Bev brings over 20 years of experience in finance within the hospitality industry in both the US and back home in South Africa. She supports the financial side of the business, helping ensure the smooth running of operations behind the scenes. Outside of work, Bev enjoys time in the Winelands, discovering new restaurants, and sharing special moments with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

Vastly passionate about her work in the travel and hospitality industry, Amina ensures the office runs smoothly, supporting the team across operations, finance and day-to-day coordination. Known for her kind energy and genuine care for colleagues, she brings calm, precision and efficiency to everything she does, ensuring all behind-the-scenes operations stay organised and flowing. A true Capetonian, she is happiest with her family and her much-loved cats and dogs, and exploring the city’s beaches, museums, art galleries and bookstores.

Kay believes tourism brings people together, whether eight hours behind or one hour ahead. Her industry passion is as an African luxury travel manager because, in her words, “there’s always a reason to come back for more.” She excels at interest-based and individualised itineraries.

With extensive travels across Africa, Holly has a natural ability to match each guest with the right places, pace, and experiences. Passionate about the outdoors, wellness and the magic of safari, Holly curates journeys for families, honeymooners, and groups that feel personal and considered from start to finish.

Nicole’s love for travel was shaped by family trips across Southern Africa, from the Garden Route to Namibia and Botswana. She specialises in coordinating group travel and curating tailored programmes for guests and families visiting Africa.

Born and raised in Cape Town, Laura’s Italian roots led her to Italy, where she worked in hotels before returning home to build her career in hospitality and travel. Passionate about people and group experiences, she is relationship-driven and values strong connections with both guests and suppliers.

With 18 years in the travel industry, Zita brings extensive experience and first-hand knowledge of African destinations. Having travelled widely across the continent, she uncovers new experiences that allow her to seamlessly match each guest with the right places and pace.

Born and raised in South Africa with Portuguese heritage, Christina has travelled extensively across Southern and East Africa. She specialises in coordinating incentive programmes and conferences, as well as bespoke journeys for families, honeymoon couples and individual travellers.

Terri-Ann brings over 19 years of experience and a deep passion for travel to Timeless Africa. Known for her calm and thoughtful nature, she is passionate about instilling a love of adventure in her two sons, a value she carries into every journey she curates for her guests.

Natalie crafts tailor-made safari journeys inspired by Africa’s wild spaces and wildlife. Known for her intuitive understanding of guests and attention to detail, she designs experiences that feel seamless, personal and deeply memorable.

Judy specialises in crafting unique safari journeys across Southern and East Africa. Having travelled extensively through Southern and East Africa, Judy draws on decades of first-hand travel experience to craft unique and unforgettable safari journeys for her guests. Botswana’s Okavango Delta remains a favourite destination, where the pristine wilderness captures the magic of Africa at its finest.

Abigail, fondly known as Abi believes that travel takes us out of our comfort zones and inspires us to see, taste and try new things. If she’s not spending time with family, she’s exploring the natural beauty her home city has to offer.

Tamarin originally hails from George in the Western Cape and loves walking and being in nature. With over 12 years in the tourism industry, in her personal time she loves to bake and cook. She also volunteers at her local animal shelter where she helps feed feral, homeless cats.

Whilst Mignon is new to the Timeless family and the hospitality industry, she has a wealth of experience in various other fields.  She has a passion for the elderly and related social work.

Fondly known as Angel, began her journey with Timeless Africa Safaris as a talented young intern and has since grown into her role within our operations team. Deeply committed to sustainable tourism and responsible development, she believes meaningful travel is built on thoughtful planning, cultural respect and creating positive impact through every detail.

Leah is a lifelong safari enthusiast, twitcher and question asker. She is the inspiration behind the Timeless Earth Ambassador Program and loves to help curate experiences for our younger travellers.

Sophie’s favourite place to be in is on safari. She loves the people she meets and knows all the 5s (big, small, shy and ugly). She is the inspiration behind the Timeless Earth Ambassador Program.
