Your Timeless Journey Awaits...
Proudly South African, I grew up and studied in Cape Town before heading oversees to live in London from where I could explore Europe and spend a few months in India. Travel is an integral part of my family with grandparents having lived in Zambia, India & Spain and parents who spend weeks at a time on expeditions in the bush only to arrive home and plan their next trip! I am beyond passionate about Africa and have been incredibly fortunate to visit exotic places such as the Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Uganda and Zanzibar and have been on countless safaris in the Greater Kruger National Park, Serengeti and Maasai Mara. My extensive travels and over 10 years of experience have given me an in-depth knowledge of how best to plan one’s journey to Africa – whether a family, honeymoon couple or large group – to ensure a trip of a lifetime and hopefully the first of many. I love the outdoors so when I’m not planning itineraries I’m hiking, running or setting up a tent somewhere!
My favourite part of the job is helping first timers plan their very first safari and trip to Africa – the excitement is palpable. Nothing is more rewarding than guests thanking us for a truly life changing experience – it’s something very special to be a part of and often ignites a love affair for safari travel experiences.
I think it would have to be Rwanda, an incredible country that has come so far in the last 20 years. Rwanda is now home to the Big 6 – Big 5 & Mountain Gorillas – making it an exceptional tourism destination.

Being in the Serengeti to catch the tail end of the migration was definitely a life highlight. I was also lucky enough to see a pangolin from my balcony at a lodge in South Africa. I was by myself and there was nobody else around and I watched him for about 15 minutes before he scurried off into the bush – it was so special.
Educating local communities about the importance of wildlife conservation is paramount. Conservation can provides jobs and an income for families who might otherwise turn to poaching and of course the work that is done by these conservationists will directly have a positive impact on the wildlife in the area.
